Stack Away Invest
Stack Away Invest is hereinafter referred to as SAI. SAI is the investment for the more passive investor who wants serious capital preservation over a longer period of time without further administration. The investment package for SAI investors will look substantially different from that of clients of Ongoing Invest. Luxury watches are purchased, which are expected to remain in the bank vault for a certain period of time before realization (usually 2-10 years).
SAIs are therefore not put on the market immediately, as is the case with Ongoing Invest. For the Stack Away investor, there will be virtually no administration during the period the watches are stacked away. This is a normal, strategic purchase of a carefully constructed portfolio. Factors such as time, risk appetite, and diversity are key when putting together the portfolio for the client.
SECURE STORAGE
The exposure can be kept in our safe deposit boxes and under our insurance policies with regular inspection and review of the clocks for a small annual fee. Alternatively, the investor is welcome to store the watches in a safe deposit box or similar. Please note that when purchasing for Holding funds, we encourage dialogue with your own accountant from a tax perspective if you choose to store the investment package yourself.
The investment package can be put on the market whenever the investor wishes. There will be a defined commission agreement regarding this. The individual watch remains the property of the investor until it is sold/settled, as with all investment solutions at UrHandleren Invest. Full security and not least ownership of the individual watches are thus achieved.
